We asked three companies for an initial quote and Den provided us with a competitive quote. Den immediately offered a free home visit to ensure that he gave us an accurate quote. There were no surprise/hidden/additional costs to his initial quote, which we very much appreciated. When we met Den, we immediately appreciated how professional and approachable he was. He gave us a lot of tips on how to pack our belongings safely as this was our first move. Den reassured us multiple times throughout the whole process whenever we had any problems, concerns, and questions from our end. He gave us solutions and provided support every step of the way. Den also has good communication and will keep you updated with the moving plan. On moving day, Den and his team were on time, very efficient but careful at the same time, and we felt comfortable and stress free.
